  • Messages from connected platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email)

3. Connected Account Credentials

When you connect messaging platforms:

  • OAuth tokens (encrypted and securely stored)
  • API keys and access tokens
  • Account identifiers

4. Usage Information

We automatically collect:

  • Device information (browser type, operating system)
  • IP address and location data
  • Usage patterns and feature interactions
  • Performance and error logs

5. Payment Information

For subscription payments:

  • Payment method details (processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Coinbase)

Note: We do not store full credit card numbers. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

Service Providers

  • Supabase: Database and authentication (PostgreSQL with RLS)
  • Vercel: Hosting and deployment
  • Stripe/PayPal/Coinbase: Payment processing
  • Groq/OpenRouter: AI response generation (messages processed, not stored)
  • Resend: Transactional emails
  • PostHog: Anonymous analytics

Messaging Platforms

When you connect accounts, we access data through official APIs:

  • Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger (Meta platforms)
  • Gmail, Outlook (Microsoft)

We only request minimum necessary permissions and follow each platform's privacy policies.

Meta (Facebook) Platform Data

If you choose to connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we receive information from Meta Platforms, Inc. through Facebook Login and official Meta APIs.

This may include:

  • Your public profile information (name, profile picture)
  • Page or business account identifiers
  • Messaging data you choose to access
  • Instagram Direct messages and conversations
  • Facebook Messenger conversations

We use this data only to provide the requested features inside Genrify and in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and Meta Data Protection Policies.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Deletion Instructions (Facebook Login)

If you want to delete your data associated with Facebook Login:

Option 1: Delete Through Genrify

  1. Log in to your Genrify account at genrify.space/dashboard
  2. Go to Account Settings → Privacy
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion when prompted

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing:

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide your registered email address.

⏱️ Deletion Timeline

We will delete all associated data within 30 days of your request, except where legally required to retain it (e.g., tax records, legal disputes). You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Note: Deleting your Genrify account will remove all your data, including messages, contacts, and settings. This action cannot be undone.

Data Retention

We retain your data:

  • Active accounts: As long as your account is active
  • Deleted accounts: 30 days after deletion (for recovery)
  • Backups: Up to 90 days in encrypted backups
  • Legal requirements: As required by law (e.g., tax records)

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential cookies: Authentication, security, session management
  • Analytics cookies: Usage statistics (anonymized via PostHog)
  • Preference cookies: Remember your settings

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children's Privacy

Genrify is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:
